I found this article on the BBC website today. It shows what the English apple grower is up against. Keep eating English apples!! As those of you who came to our tasting day on Saturday know, there is a huge variety in taste and texture available in English apples.

Do come along to our free apple tasting event. 11am – 4pm. There are 44 varieties of eating apple ready at present. Plenty of parking. Refreshments available.

Plums have finished but there are still damsons.

We have started to pick Egremont Russets.
This is the last weekend for plums. Damsons will be around for another week.
